**Visitors opting for a one night stay are always welcome. However, premium rates apply for 1-night stays, and holiday weeks including; President week, Easter, Christmas, etc.
Cancellation Fee
Full payment is due 2 weeks prior to arrival. If your reservation is cancelled prior to 2 weeks, the full amount will be refunded. After the 2 week period, payment is due in full.
Additional Guests
There will be a $25 per night charge for each person beyond 2 persons per bedroom.
